This property is our main location we stay at when we chose Palm Springs. We found the shower water too barely get hot. The wifi was throttled to about 7mbps. Would be nice if we could purchase a better secured speed plan for stay period. One time we come, we might dicsover that the main bedroom tv has been upgraded like the living room. We loved the little sound machines, although this was our first time staying in the absolute end unit. But due to the street noise, prefer to stay in anybof the former units we have stayed in.
We always enjoy the Hermosa street side units on the first floor. The check in / out has always been smooth for us. Staff have always been accommodating.

I enjoyed our stay though we had a mouse in our room that came out at night to eat our potato chips. I never told my wife or she would have wanted to find a different room that night.

We love the peace and the staff is being very helpful. So close to town. Great layout and just enough facilities for us. You guys are so kind.

Be able to reserve the type of bedroom arrangement that is needed (i.e. two twin beds vs. a queen bed) instead of it being a preference.
