Within 72 hours of the submission of your claim, Vista Mirage Resort will verify the lower rate, we may request additional information and documentation (such as a screenshot) from you in order to confirm the lower online rate. Please keep copies of all documentation supporting your claim.
Upon verification of eligibility and documentation for your claim, Vista Mirage Resort will send you a confirmation email notifying you that a refund and credit will be issued. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card account charged for the original booking. Vista Mirage Resort courtesy credits will only be issued to the customer account under which the qualifying booking was confirmed and must be applied toward a reservation on Vista Mirage Resort within one (1) year from date of issuance.
